Website Terms of Use
Effective date: August 22, 2026
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites operated by Schubring Global Solutions, LLC, doing business as Tapestry ("Tapestry," "we," "our," or "us"), including tapestryops.com and other websites that link to these Terms.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Scope of these Terms
These Terms govern the public Tapestry marketing website, website content, and website-based requests for information or a working session.
These Terms do not by themselves govern a paid Tapestry deployment or customer account. Paid services are governed by the applicable master services agreement, order form, statement of work, data processing agreement, or other written customer agreement.
If these Terms conflict with a signed customer agreement, the customer agreement controls for the services it covers.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old to use the website.
If you use the website on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization and bind it to these Terms where applicable.
The website is intended primarily for business and professional use.
3. Permitted use
You may use the website to:
- Learn about Tapestry;
- Evaluate whether Tapestry may be relevant to your organization;
- Review information about platform capabilities, governance, security, integrations, and services;
- Request a working session, security review, or integration; and
- Contact us for legitimate business purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
Do not submit passwords, authentication credentials, payment-card data, government identifiers, protected health information, or other sensitive personal information through a marketing-site form.
4. Illustrative and fictional materials
The website may include illustrative workflows, interfaces, work products, specialist roles, financial figures, company names, or operational scenarios.
Unless expressly identified as an authorized customer example, these materials are demonstrations only. They may use fictional companies, fictional people, and synthetic data.
Illustrative materials:
- Do not represent an actual customer engagement;
- Do not imply endorsement by a real company;
- Are not promises of a particular result;
- May not reflect every feature or configuration available; and
- Should not be relied on as financial, legal, procurement, security, or operational advice.
Actual Tapestry deployments are configured around the customer's requirements and governed by a separate written agreement.
5. Working-session requests
Submitting a request for a working session, security review, integration, or other information:
- Does not create a customer relationship;
- Does not obligate either party to proceed;
- Does not create confidentiality obligations unless the parties separately agree in writing;
- Does not constitute acceptance of an engagement; and
- Does not guarantee that a requested integration, feature, or workflow is available.
Do not submit confidential business information through the public website unless Tapestry has agreed to receive it confidentially.
A working session may produce an initial operational concept or design. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, that material is preliminary, provided for evaluation, and not a production-ready specification.
6. No professional advice
Website content is provided for general informational purposes.
Tapestry does not provide legal, accounting, tax, investment, medical, employment, regulatory, or other licensed professional advice through the public website.
You should obtain advice from qualified professionals before acting on matters requiring professional judgment.
7. AI and operational limitations
Artificial intelligence systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results.
Tapestry is designed to combine AI capabilities with defined responsibilities, source evidence, acceptance criteria, human review, and operating controls. However, no AI system eliminates the need for appropriate human judgment.
Website descriptions of governance, evidence, approvals, or controls do not guarantee that every risk will be identified or prevented.
The specific responsibilities of Tapestry and a customer are defined in the applicable customer agreement and configured operation.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its contents—including text, graphics, designs, interfaces, software, code, product names, logos, trademarks, workflows, demonstrations, and documentation—are owned by Tapestry or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Tapestry grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to access and use the website for legitimate internal business evaluation.
No other rights are granted.
You may not use Tapestry's names, logos, trademarks, or brand elements without prior written permission.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, service, systems, accounts, or data;
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- Interfere with the website's availability, integrity, or security;
- Circumvent technical restrictions or access controls;
- Introduce malicious code;
- Scrape or harvest information through automated means except as permitted by applicable law and published technical controls;
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit website content without permission;
- Reverse engineer website software except where the restriction is prohibited by law;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Submit information you do not have the right to provide;
- Use the website to infringe another person's rights; or
- Use Tapestry content or website access to develop or train a competing model, product, or service without written permission.
10. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Tapestry, you grant Tapestry a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation.
This does not transfer ownership of your confidential information or Customer Content.
11. Third-party services and links
The website may reference or link to third-party services, systems, applications, or websites.
References to an integration do not mean that the integration is installed, configured, available to every customer, or endorsed by the third party.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Tapestry is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
By using the website, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in that policy.
13. Website availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
We do not guarantee that:
- The website will always be available;
- Content will always be current or complete;
- Every listed integration will be available for a particular engagement;
- Every feature shown in an illustration is generally available; or
- Errors will always be corrected immediately.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, customers, or Tapestry.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TAPESTRY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
TAPESTRY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAPESTRY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAPESTRY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable customer agreement rather than this section.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tapestry and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and contractors from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys' fees—arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the website;
- Information you submit without authorization;
- Your violation of these Terms; or
- Your infringement of another person's rights.
Tapestry may control the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation.
17. Export and sanctions compliance
You may not use the website in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, or trade laws.
You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of the United States or another applicable jurisdiction.
18. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the website will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, or the federal courts located in Alexandria, Virginia, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless applicable law requires additional notice.
Your continued use of the website after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
20. General provisions
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. Tapestry may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or transfer of the website or related business.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tapestry concerning the public website.
